I work with a variety of clients hence I use a variety of therapies depending on your individual needs. Although psychotherapeutic talk therapy is the basis of all sessions, I may use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques when it comes to mood management (anxiety and depression) and Polyvagal Therapy as it teaches you about your nervous system; how it works, why it works that way and how to manage it.

Our unconscious may hold onto painful feelings and memories which are too difficult for the conscious mind to process and may lead to unwanted physical and/or emotional symptoms. The aim of psychodynamic therapy is to help you to safely experience and understand your true, deep-rooted feelings in order to resolve them, cultivating resilience and self empathy.
I have over twenty years of experience in yoga and mindfulness meditation and as such, honour the undeniable connection between body and mind. Hence I will at times use or recommend these tools if you are open to it.
